At over 1,600 locations, we have tailored the screen/keyboard height and physical positioning of our ATM's to suit customers with orthopedic disabilities, making them wheelchair-accessible.  
Whether they are customers of our bank or not, visually impaired customers of all banks can perform transactions audibly using debit and credit cards at over 4,000 of our Accessible Life ATM's, equipped with audio transaction capabilities, with the assistance of headphones.


Here's what you need to know about Accessible Life ATM's with audio transaction capabilities

  • Visually impaired, those with difficulty seeing, or customers who prefer to conduct transactions audibly, whether they are clients of our bank or other banks, can benefit from our Accessible Life ATM's.
  • The following transactions can be carried out at our Accessible Life ATM's:

-Withdrawal
-Deposit
-Balance inquiry
-Credit card debt inquiry
-Credit card debt payment
-Cash advance

  • To perform audio transactions at our Accessible Life ATM's, it is necessary to use a standard 3.5 mm headphone.
  • To initiate audio transactions, simply plug the headphone into the entrance located above the "headphone jack" label on our ATM's.
  • To access the audio transaction menu, first insert the headphone and then the card into the ATM.
  • The ATM compartments to be used during the transaction are indicated with embossed labels written in Braille alphabet.
  • If the headphone is removed from the Accessible Life ATM during the transaction, the transaction will be terminated, and the card will be returned.
  • A receipt can be obtained at the end of the transaction.

  • The screen reader used by visually disabled customers in Internet Banking and VakıfBank Mobile was made adaptive to the programs.
  • Our customers can easily report a lost or stolen card without wasting time with a customer representative via VakıfBank Mobil using our digital assistant ViBi between 09:00 and 00:00 hours.
