Subsidiaries

VakıfBank International AG was established in 1999 to increase VakıfBank’s international operations in line with its strategy to expand abroad. VakıfBank controls a 100% stake in the Company’s capital of EUR 100 million.

In 1989, VakıfBank particapated in Kıbrıs Vakıflar Bankası, which was established in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in 1982 by the Directorate of Cyprus Foundations. Vakıflar Bankası Ltd. Owns a 15% stake in Kıbrıs Vakıflar Bankası Ltfd., which has a capital of TL 100 million.

Established in 1950, Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. provides long-term funds for medium and large scale investment projects, engages in investment banking activities, and offers corporate finance services. VakıfBank owns an 8.38% stake in the Bank’s share capital of TL 2.800 million.

İstanbul Takas ve Saklama Bankası A.Ş. (Takasbank) is engaged in clearing and custody services as well as investment banking services. VakıfBank owns a 4.37% stake in the Bank’s share capital of TL 600 million.

Vakıf Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. was founded in 1988 to provide a comprehensive range of leasing services. VakıfBank owns a 62.05% stake in the Company’s share capital of TL 1 billion.

Established in 1991 as a publicly held company, Vakıf Menkul Kıymet Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. is an investment trust. It professionally manages the assets of small and individual investors in the stock exchange, facilitates the trading of marketable securities and maximizes the returns of its portfolio by closely monitoring foreign exchange, stock and Money markets. VakıfBank owns an 33,77% stake in the Company’s share capital of TL 30 million.

Vakıfbank has a 53.77% share in the 2,950 million TL capital of the Company, which was established as the first real estate company to create, organize and make changes in a partnership portfolio from real estate and real estate-based capital market instruments.

Vakıf Faktoring A.Ş. was established in 1998 to provide factoring services for domestic and international commercial ventures. VakıfBank owns a 92.10% stake in the Company’s share capital of TL 850 million.

Vakıf Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ was established in 1996 to provide service to investors through making capital market transactions, issuance of capital market instruments, operating as a member of stock exchange, investment consultancy and portfolio management. VakıfBank owns a 99,50% stake in the Company’s share capital of TL 450 million.

Kredi Garanti Fonu A.Ş. was established in 1991 to provide all types of loan guarantees for SMEs, farmers, artisans, craftsmen and the self-employed. VakıfBank participated in the Company in 2009 and owns a 1.49% stake in its share capital of TL 513,1 million.

The Company, within the framework of Capital Market Law and related legislation provisions; within the scope of housing and asset financing; was established to take over and transfer of assets whose types and qualities are determined by the CMB, to take over assets as collateral and to issue capital market instruments against these assets. VakıfBank owns a 8.33% stake in the Company’s share capital of TL 50 million.

Established in 2016 in order to enable SDIF, banks, other financial institutions and insurance companies providing credit insurance services to purchase and sell their receivables and other assets arising from their services, collect the receivables they have purchased, convert the assets into cash or restructure them. VakıfBank owns a 16% stake in the Company’s share capital of TL 75 million.

VakıfBank has a 100% share in the capital of 100 million TL of Vakıf Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri AŞ, which was established in November 2021 to operate in the field of electronic money and payment services.

Taksim Otelcilik A.Ş. was established in 1966 to build, contract out and manage hotels, motels and similar facilities capable of increasing Turkey’s incoming tourism potential. VakıfBank owns a 52,43% stake in the Company’s share capital of TL 350 million.

Vakıf Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş. was established in 1995 to provide appraisal and evaluation services for all types of real estate properties. VakıfBank owns a 97,14% stake in the Company’s share capital of TL 100 million.

Vakıf Enerji ve Madencilik A.Ş. was founded to build electric and heat energy generation facilities, to generate energy at these facilities and to sell the energy it produces within the framework of current laws, regulations and administrative provisions. VakıfBank owns a 67.27% stake in Company’s share capital of TL 85 million.

VakıfBank has a 96.73% share in the 300 million TL capital of the Company, which operates in the activities of providing support services to companies through personnel recruitment, marketing, cultural publications, car rental and providing food and cafeteria services in corporate service buildings.

Roketsan Roket Sanayii ve Ticaret A.Ş. engages in the production, manufacturing and the sale of rocket fuel as well as missiles, rockets and rocket launchers, and their engines. VakıfBank owns a 9.93% stake in the Company’s share of TL 1.005.841.568,21.

GüçBirliği Holding A.Ş. was established in 1995. VakıfBank owns a 0.07% stake in the Company’s share capital of TL 30 million.

İzmir Enternasyonel Otelcilik A.Ş. engages in the contracting out of the building and the management of hotels and commercial centers. VakıfBank owns a 5% stake in the Company’s share capital of TL 120,000.

Kredi Kayıt Bürosu A.Ş was established in 1995 to manage the flow of credit information. VakıfBank owns a 9.09% stake in the Company’s share capital of TL 7.4 million.

Bankalararası Kart Merkezi A.Ş. was founded in 1990 to conduct card based payment systems, clearing and provisioning services. VakıfBank owns a 4,75% stake in the Company’s share capital of TL 177.492.990

Founded in 1993 in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus with capital of USD 500,000 and serves as an international banking unit. VakıfBank owns an 83% stake in Tasfiye Halinde World Vakıf UBB Ltd. The Company is in liquidation.

The Company has been established within the scope of Law No. 5300 and related legislation with the purpose of carrying out the trading of futures contracts based on electronic product promissory notes and electronic product promissory notes established by licensed warehousing. VakıfBank owns a 3% stake in the Company’s share capital of TL 50 million. 

Bileşim AŞ founded in 1998 to provide services for ATM maintenance-repair, field, security, software-certification etc. for Distribution Channels. VakıfBank became partner of the company as of February 2020 and owns 33.33% stake in the Company’s share capital of TL 340 million.

JCR Avrasya Rating AŞ is an international rating company that ranks potential rating groups and corporate management services that will be valid in the fields of Banks, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Public Institutions, Corporate Industrial and Commercial Companies, SMEs, local administrations, bonds and structured finance issues. VakıfBank owns a 2.86% stake in the Company’s share capital of TL 50 million
