In order to be able to effectively carry out our sustainability practices and works and to ensure coordination of sustainability studies, we have authorized the Corporate Governance Committee, which is the senior decision maker and the responsible authority in our Bank. We believe that faster decision making will bring dynamism to our Bank’s journey of sustainability. With this belief, we have assigned the Sustainability Working Group as the supporting structure of this Committee. Additionally, the Sustainability Service, under the Investor Relations Department and the Environmental Management Service within the Head of Support Services have been active to support on sustainability efforts.
